Local Social Media are starting to show concerns from Residents of the prestigious Spanish Oaks development about possible adjacent development.

The Bee Cave P&Z committee and Council is working on a decision to rezone the area between the back of the apartments on 71 and the front of Spanish Oaks. The main concern is how any delopment if accessed - and if that involves roads with Spanish Oaks.

Currently there is no applicant to build on this property and the property is in Bee Cave's ETJ. The current work is being driven as "City-initiated, code-required rezonings with the new zoning recommendations based on our Comprehensive Plan" according the Council Member Monty Parker's Facebook page.
