At a presentation to Bee Cave City Council the WTCPUA made several interesting announcements. Our thanks to Kara King for much of this information.

 

As of earlier this month, all customer service and billing is being handled internally. New GM Pugh has committed to solving the PUA's bad customer service reputation.

 

They are not expecting a price increase this year.

 

Don Waelden and Fred Goff have been appointed to the Board and Scott Roberts from Hays County is the new President.
