City Council (on December 13th) deferred the key issues on the annexation of the Graumbles Ranch near 71 and HPR to its Jan 10th meeting. We are grateful to council member sKara King and Monty Parker for their blog posts.

 

 

The discussion (late in the session which ended at 1:45 am!) lasted roughly 45 minutes where the ecouncil discussed this high end housing development with 1 acre lots,

 

There is going to be a tree survey on the tract (they have to count all non-cedars 4 inches and above and cedars 12 inches and above), dedicated trails along little Barton Creek and dedicated parkland.

 

This was the 2nd discussion on this project, and Council will have the final discussion and vote on Jan 10th.
