Ciola's gets new owner

Eponymous local restaurant owner Dan Ciola has sold his restaurant to area newcomer Dave Staab, citing the need to concentrate on his bond trading and other obligations. Staab expects to make some changes after October's Big Night dinner. Tony C's - owned by Dan's son in the Galleria - remains in family hands.
