Artist’s Statement
"Painting began as a hobby for me, but soon became my passion. I found joy and inspiration in the simple things in life, which we sometimes take for granted. A splash of color or a pattern of light intrigued me. I often work in a series until I feel I have exhausted my enthusiasm, and then move on to new challenges. Nature has always been a favorite subject for me, with endless possibilities. Watercolor has its challenges, but I welcome them! I have studied with the masters of transparent watercolor and hope to continue to grow as an artist and share my vision with my students."
