Rendering of developed Backyard area
Chris Milam, the developer of the Super Nature Studios project, has now canceled a Q&A session for the local community on April 22nd at The Backyard. In it's place will be a town-hall style meeting on Monday, April 21st from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm for a presentation and question/answer session. The meeting will be posted so City Council can attend and listen to presentation/ questions/ answers.(Council will not be allowed to make any comments - because of open meeting rules.)
Milam's proposals have attracted criticism associated with the proposal to set a Property Tax funded Development district to help underwrite the infrastructure develpment needed. The so called PID has met with much negative commentary.
