Gumbo's of Lake Travis - in the Shops at the Galleria next to Best Buy - will open for business at 5 pm on Monday July the 12th. An excited Mike Quigley, one of the owners of the rapidly expanding Austin franchise, received his Certificate of Occupancy on Friday the 9th.

  Items offered on the menu were not available, restaurant was short staffed, the food was bland and the General Manager Chad Jones lacked customer service skills. I would not recommend this restaurant.
