The Bee Cave Bee

The big new local sports facility, Hill Country Indoor (to be built on the new section of the Bee Cave Parkway) has received provisional development permits. Initially the City Council did not want to issue permits as the applicants did not own the facility, but they cannot do so without loans which are contingent upon permitting.

City staff expressed concern that they had not been given complete information before the meeeting but the permits were granted until the end of last month. An HCI spokesperson tells us the money has since been paid and all is on track.
