WTCPUA under attack
The West Travis County Public Utility Agency has this week been hit with two major law suits. Filed on behalf of local commercial property owners and developers by two large "name" Austin law firms, both allege the PUA is charging unjustified and illegal impact fees (connection charges). Collecting these six figure sums has been touted by the PUA as the way to pay for infrastructure expansion needed to keep pace with the rate of development in the area - an expansion that the LCRA, it is claimed, failed to keep up with.

Especially after you see what is next in line for the tax payers. People of Bee Cave, especially Lake Point, please take the time to dig into this. There is an enormous amount of detail that the PUA and George Murfee are trying to keep behind closed doors
