Mark Smith, who originally developed the site of LRMC with Kendall Phinney, has filed a $6 million+ law suit alleging both fraud and breach of contract.

When the original partnership, which funded much of the original infrastructure, was dissolved in favor of the new Phin-Ker Ventures entity, Smith claims he was entitled to reimbursements which have not been forthcoming.

Now the Hospital itself and Phin-Ker are being sued for failing to form a MUD and collect money to pay back the original spend.
