Gas deal done
Last week Bee Cave City Council signed a 15 year franchise agreement with Texas Gas Service. Not all neighborhoods will be supplied with natural gas from the 13.2 mile pipe line which will tie in just north of 290 on Fitzhugh Road, up Crumley Ranch Road, east on Hamilton Pool, to 71, then branch up Bee Cave Parkway to serve Ladera and branch west to cover Sweetwater. A Texas Gas representative said that natural gas may be an option for some current "captive" propane communities, but each will depend upon the existing infrastructure and their ability to negotiate the purchase from the current providers.

There are elder, senior citizen's who do not live in communities, have do not have 'current providers', but would out of the need of natural gas, be wanting to be included as it goes right past our homes in all these areas.
HOW will senior citizen's/private citizen's NOT in a 'structured community' know how/when to join the 'band wagon' to attempt to better their health/welfare? ?
