Would hope the 'powers to be' would consider the senior citizen's in these areas who do not live in a 'current community', who are actually living on a very limited income in thier own private homes, with no chance of earning more from Social Security, but would very much need to be/like to be on a very much needed necessity for their health/well being to have natural gas and not deal w/propane hikes going up and up as the season gets cooler/colder ~ Could/Would there be a 'Grandfather' clause for those who do not have 'existing infrastructures'? ?

There are elder, senior citizen's who do not live in communities, have do not have 'current providers', but would out of the need of natural gas, be wanting to be included as it goes right past our homes in all these areas.

HOW will senior citizen's/private citizen's NOT in a 'structured community' know how/when to join the 'band wagon' to attempt to better their health/welfare? ?
