Bockius' company in another funding round

Bee Cave City Councilman Chad Bockius' company Socialware Inc. has raised an additonal $200,000 financing just five months after the company completed a $7 million funding round. The money - from two investors - according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commissionand brings the total raised by the company since 2008 to $14 million. Socialware (of which Bockius is CEO) has 55 employees and competes with Bazaarvoice in the social middleware space.
