The Bee Cave Bee

Despite some reservations, Bee Cave City Council gave the go ahead to build another 300+ homes and condos in the land between Falconhad and Spillman Ridge near Home Depot on 620.

With a promised reduction to 316 units on the 33 acre site and some concessions on finish and roads, Ash Creek Homes are off an running on the site - which is now all for sale and with no rental properties. The City will annex the development (currently in its ETJ) as soon as construction starts.

  that works out to about 1/10 of an acre for each house? Or are they doing condo buildings and building up? Will this enter onto 620 or thru Ash Creek homes current development off Falconhead Blvd?
