Following the success by AusPro (owners of Planet K) in defending charges of breaching Bee Cave City ordinances in the recent court case, the parties are set to face off again on Tuesday the 22nd at City Hall. The agenda contains an entry documenting AusPro's plan to formally demand the City recognize the mural at the center of the legal battle as a work of art. This would remove one more obstacle to the store opening at the old Trading Post location on Highway 71.
